Tubular breasts, caused by developmental issues during breast growth, present in various shapes and sizes, often causing significant concern for women. Due to the inherent
complications of tubular breasts, simple breast augmentation alone typically does not yield satisfactory results; thus, glanduloplasty must be performed concurrently. In cases of
severe tubular breasts, this process might be divided into two separate surgeries, while less severe cases can be addressed in a single operation.
Today, we introduce the case of a woman in her late 20s with tubular breasts, showcasing her appearance before surgery and one year post-operation. She underwent
glandulopla sty through an areolar incision and subfascial breast augmentation (Mentor, 500cc) simultaneously.
